Always a fun place to visit, especially to check out the reptiles and fish on display. The prices can be hit or miss but they carry a wide selection of products and the hours are convenient compared to other local pet stores.

Love this place!! I never knew it existed!! We ended up with a hermit crab.. a lonely crab!! We called around & no one had any except Bill’s. Walking in I was amazed at how wonderfully he takes care of each & every creature, & critter!! The staff are all truly invested in the wellbeing of all the pets, they’re very knowledgeable, super helpful, kind & courteous!! We went there for 1 hermit crab & walked away with treats, supplies & 3 crabs.. lol I also learned what type of live plants I can put in their habitat, & the best water to use!! This is a lovely little store, everything is very reasonably priced!! Of course now I’m going to need a bigger tank!!!

Great store with a friendly and knowledgeable staff. The selection is very different than what you'll find at main stream stores, the prices reflect that but it's worth it.

We use Bills regularly for our bearded dragon supplies and for our pups. Staff is always pleasant and very knowledgeable and helpful.

Got some pet fish recently from Bill’s… staff was wonderful and extremely knowledgeable in teaching us how to care for the fish! Can’t wait to go back!
